You wouldn’t think looking at that tranquil picture of how things ought to be, that there are gusts of up to 70mph raging outside my tiny house. We seem to have got the months the wrong way round and April with its perfect sunny weather should have been like this, wind and rain. Like it usually is.
The best months in Scotland are frequently May and June, but I have to say I’m glad I’m not up the west coast on holiday this week. Or the east, as I think they have it bad too. Oh, and the ash cloud from Iceland is making its way over. Perhaps it’ll all blow over! That would be nice, wouldn’t it? I bet Queasyjet hope so!
